Product Overview
Cold floors are hard on old joints, thin coats and small bodies. This heated pet pad gives your dog, cat or rabbit somewhere genuinely warm to settle through the winter: a 60 x 45 cm waterproof mat with adjustable temperature, an overheat cut-out and a rigid sleeve protecting the cord from teeth. It reaches its set temperature in about three minutes and lies flat in a crate, on a bed, across a sofa cushion or straight on the floor.
Why You'll Love It
- A properly warm bed on cold nights, rather than a blanket that only returns the warmth your pet puts into it
- Adjustable temperature with a power-off overheat protection circuit
- IP67 waterproof, so wet paws and accidents wipe clean
- Rigid ABS anti-bite tube on the cord, rated by the maker to withstand a 30 kg pull
- A 2 m cord reaches a socket from most crate and bed positions
- Ships with the 110 V US plug – no adaptor needed

Important Information
-
Always lay a thin blanket, fleece or towel over the pad before your pet lies on it, and use the lower setting for everyday warmth. The top of the range reaches 55 °C, which is too hot for prolonged direct contact with skin.
-
Do not use this pad for an animal that cannot move off it unaided. A very young, very old, sedated, immobile or unwell pet can be burned by a warm surface it is unable to leave. Position the pad so it covers part of the bed only, and your pet can always choose an unheated surface.
- Keep the pad flat in use. Never fold it, never bury it under heavy bedding or a mattress, and do not cut, pierce or staple it.
- The anti-bite sleeve protects the cord but is not a guarantee against a determined chewer. Check the cord regularly and stop using the pad if the sleeve or cable is damaged.
- Hand wash only. Unplug first and let the pad dry completely before switching it on again.
- The maker describes the pad as suitable for senior, arthritic, newborn, pregnant or convalescing animals. That is the maker's description and not veterinary advice – if your pet is unwell, recovering from surgery or in pain, ask your vet whether supplementary heat is appropriate before using it.
- The supplier notes that screen colours may differ from the product and that measurements are taken by hand with a 1–2 cm tolerance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which plug does this ship with?
The US plug, on the 110 V version. The maker also builds 220 V EU and UK versions; those are not listed here.
How is this different from a USB warming mat?
A USB mat draws a few watts and takes the chill off. This is a 75 W mains pad with a controller and a set range up to 55 °C, so it actively heats rather than gently warms.
Can it be left on overnight?
The maker fits an overheat cut-out and describes it as suitable for long running. Use the low setting, keep a cover over it, place it so your pet can move off, and unplug it when the house is empty if you would rather not leave it running.
Is it safe if my dog wets the bed?
The pad is rated IP67, so liquid on the surface is not a problem. Unplug it before wiping it down and dry it fully before switching it back on.
Will it work in an outdoor kennel?
The supplier lists cages, beds, sofas and floors as the intended places, all of them indoors. It is not sold as an outdoor-rated appliance, and we would not run a 110 V mains pad in an unheated outdoor shelter.
What size pet does it suit?
At 60 x 45 cm it comfortably fits a cat, a rabbit or a small dog and gives a medium dog a warm spot to curl on. A large dog will only be partly on it.
