One discrepancy worth knowing about. The manufacturer's own description lists six sizes, including a 40 × 100 cm option, but only five are actually purchasable. The five listed above are the ones that exist and ship. If you were hoping for 40 × 100 cm specifically, the 100 × 50 cm mat cuts down to it easily.

Important Information
How to clean it: roll the mat up with the waste on it, shake the loose material off, rinse under cold tap water, hang to dry completely, then return it to the enclosure. Do not put it back damp — a wet natural-fibre mat in a warm enclosure grows mould. Running two mats and alternating them means the enclosure is never without a floor while one dries.
Spot-clean daily as you would with any substrate. The enzyme treatment reduces odour; it does not remove the need to clean.
On the flame-retardant claim: the manufacturer describes the fibre as flame-retardant. We are passing that on as their statement, not as a verified fire-safety rating, and it should not influence how you site heat lamps or heat mats. Follow your heating equipment's own clearance instructions and never let a lamp contact the mat.
Cut with sharp scissors and keep offcuts out of the enclosure. Loose long fibres can be ingested or catch on toes and claws — trim any that work free from a cut edge.
This is a liner, not a burrowing substrate. Species that need to dig or bury themselves need loose bedding of the correct depth, not a mat.
