Some dogs need more than a strip of nylon between them and whatever is out on the trail. This rivet harness is built on heavy Oxford cloth, studded with steel rivet strips across the chest and back, and lined with breathable mesh so your dog can wear it for a full walk.
Reflective panels, quick-release buckles and a zip pouch for the small stuff:
-
Steel Rivet Strips: Rows of raised rivets mounted across the chest and back panels — the hardware that gives the harness its name.
-
Reflective Panels: Wide reflective bands down both sides, so headlights and torchlight pick your dog up after dark.
-
Breathable Mesh Back: The underside is padded mesh rather than flat fabric, which is what makes it wearable on a long walk.
-
Quick-Release Buckles: Side-release clips on the neck and belly straps — on in seconds, off in one press.
-
Zip Pouch Included: A small zipped pouch mounts to the vest for treats, keys or waste bags.
-
Two Lead Points: D-rings at the neck and chest.

Before You Order
Take a tape measure to your dog’s chest and neck and check them against the size guide above — breed names are a poor guide, and the sizes overlap on purpose. The rivets are a deterrent, not armour: this is walking and outdoor gear, and no substitute for a lead, a secure yard, or your own supervision where wildlife is active.
Questions
What size dog does this fit? XS suits dogs around 4–9 kg, S covers 7–18 kg, and M goes up to 30 kg — so anything from a small terrier to a medium-large dog. Measure the chest and check the table.
My dog is between two sizes — which do I pick? Go up. Every strap is adjustable, so the larger size can be tightened down; the smaller one cannot be let out.
Are the rivets sharp? They are raised steel studs meant to deter, not blades. Handle the harness normally and keep it off soft furniture.
Can my dog wear it all day? It is outdoor walking gear. Take it off indoors and whenever your dog is unsupervised, the same as any harness.
How should I clean it? The supplier does not publish care instructions. For Oxford cloth and mesh like this we would suggest a wipe with a damp cloth and air drying, rather than a machine wash.
Does it replace a collar and lead? No — clip your normal lead to one of the D-rings. This is protective gear, not a training tool.
